To help maintain the respect, trust, and culture of our salon suite, we ask that you kindly review and follow our policies outlined below
**The Golden Rule:**
At the heart of our work is a commitment to the Golden Rule: "Treat others as you wish to be treated." Our licensed cosmetologists are dedicated to providing exceptional service with care and attention, working tirelessly to ensure every client feels valued. As we continue to grow, we strive to create a community built on kindness, respect, and understanding. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to this principle, as any behavior that disregards this rule may impact future access to our salon.
**Color Services:**
All first-time color clients are required to schedule a color consultation before their appointment. To ensure smooth scheduling and avoid cancellations, please refer to our consultation page for more details.
**Hair INCLUDED Extension Services:**
For first-time clients requiring texture matching for Tape-ins, I-Tips, Invisible Wefts, or Microlinks, a consultation under our "Luxury Extension Consultations" category is necessary
**Contact Us:**
While we value the convenience of smartphones, please note that texting is not the primary method of communication for our salon. Our stylists are focused professionals and give their full attention to clients during appointments. For the best service, please contact us directly at **540-322-7542**. If we do not answer, feel free to leave a voicemail or send a text, and we will respond promptly.

Direct messages (DMs) on social media are not part of our communication services, and responses may be delayed.
**Packages:**
All package services must be paid in full either in the salon or over the phone. After payment, you can call to schedule your appointments directly to avoid additional deposit fees.
**Late Fees:**
We offer a 4-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, a fee will be applied to your service to ensure adequate time is given to the next client. The late fee structure is as follows:
- 5-9 minutes late: 10% of service cost
- 10-14 minutes late: 15% of service cost
- 15+ minutes late: 20% of service cost, and may result in rescheduling depending on salon availability.
This applies to all services, including consultations and packages.
**Cancellations:**
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 20% cancellation fee. This policy applies to all services, including consultations and packages.
**No-Call, No-Shows:**
We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. However, to respect our stylists' and other clients' time, a no-call, no-show will result in a 50% fee, at the discretion of the stylist. This fee applies to all services, including consultations and packages.
**Invalid Card on File:**
To ensure smooth service, please keep an updated payment method on file. If your card is invalid and unable to cover cancellation fees, late fees, or no-show charges, your future appointments may be restricted, and you may lose access to our 24/7 online booking system.
