- We exclusively use FedEx as our primary mail carrier for shipping hair extensions. We offer the following shipping options:
- FedEx Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- FedEx Express: Not available.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method chosen, and the weight of the package. You can see the shipping cost during the checkout process.
4. Tracking Information:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the FedEx website.
5. Shipping Locations:
- We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Shipping Delays:
- In rare instances, unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters may cause shipping delays. We cannot be held responsible for such delays and recommend monitoring the FedEx tracking system for the most accurate information.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incorrect information provided.
